Rhonda Kibbey
Program Manager
Rhonda has been the program manager for Consumer Services, Inc's outpatient services in Hillsdale since May 2009. Rhonda has over 20 years experience in the mental health field, along with an education in business administration and pre-med.
Rhonda began working in the mental health field at age 22 as a training assistant. She has held several support and leadership positions, some of which include community technician, job coach, program supervisor, rights advisor, adult activity center supervisor, consumer development coordinator, Children’s Wraparound Services Coordinator, and home administrator.
Rhonda is a strong advocate for individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities. She is currently a board member for A.R.E of Jackson, a committee member for Children’s Wraparound Services in Hillsdale, and an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
